Experience of 14 years in large volume warehouse.-• Deep knowledge and good experience in fleet management (Heavy Truck Division).-• Identify and eliminate \"supply chain\" constraints to ensure maximum service levels are obtained.-• Well organized/ take initiative/ flexible and work under pressure.-• Coordinate all phases of Supply Chain Management: packing/ shipping/ receiving/ purchasing/ storage/ maintenance and inventory control.-• Interact well staff members; resolve problematic situation in a diplomatic manner. -• Researched and negotiated trucking/carrier bid contracts based on costs and point-to-point destination procedures resulting in cost reduction/ incidents of damaged product and improved customer.-• Deep Experience in shipping process (fumigation/ shipping containers/ shipping lines/ freight forwarding and trucks contractors).-• Good Experience in maintenance for vehicle/ forklifts/ heavy trucks and trailer.-• Buy barcode system and created for the Lecico company and then teaching the all staff.-• Ability to report problems and trouble shooting.
